Monthly Missions: March

Each month we focus on practical ways to share the love of God with others in practical ways to both a local and a global population. If you desire to support or contribute to one of the monthly missions, click the “Donate” tab and as you follow the prompts you’ll be able to designate your gift to a particular monthly mission.

UM Communities1

The United Methodist Communities Foundation (UMCF) plays a vital role in securing essential funding to support residents with limited financial resources. UMCF finances housing, innovative healthcare, and community-based programs and projects, all designed to help older adults live their fullest and most abundant lives. Through collaboration with individual donors, business partners, local churches and groups, and other supporters, UMCF advances the mission of United Methodist Communities to provide excellent senior care and promote sustainable senior living.

Contributions to the United Methodist Communities Foundation support a range of services, including full-service residential living, vibrant senior housing apartments, personalized in-home care, and progressive consulting services. Your generosity helps ensure that seniors have the opportunity to live their lives abundantly and with dignity.

UMCOR

The United Methodist Committee on Relief, commonly known as UMCOR, serves as the disaster response and humanitarian relief agency of the United Methodist Church. UMCOR enhances the church’s ability to respond to humanitarian crises around the globe through a variety of initiatives, including disaster relief and recovery, support for migrants and refugees, promotion of environmental sustainability, and efforts to improve agriculture and food security. When disasters occur, United Methodists continue a long tradition of assisting their neighbors and communities in times of need.
